We offer services in all aspects of transactions, ranging from major international cross-border arrangements to the restructuring of small, private limited-liability companies and from demanding auction procedures to generational transition in small and medium-sized enterprises. We plan the structure of the business arrangements, manage the due diligence reviews, prepare the required documents and participate in transaction negotiations as well as assist in the efficient adoption of the acquired company.
We have good networks with overseas attorneys and we can easily organise and manage, for example, due diligence reviews in other countries, as well. As business restructuring almost always involves questions relating to company law, real estate law or intellectual property rights, we handle our assignments in collaboration with the experts from other legal areas.
