Private equity-related law is one of our strongest areas of expertise. We have assisted a number of Finnish and foreign capital investors and companies that have raised financing at the various stages of investment processes. Besides arranging shareholders’ equity financing, we frequently participate in negotiations on possible rearrangement of a company’s operations, personnel commitment and terms and conditions for obtaining external capital. We have long experience in issues related to early-stage investments (due diligence, investment and shareholders’ agreements, etc.) and complex exit arrangements containing international connections.
