We assist Finnish and foreign companies, financial institutions and investors in Finnish and international capital arrangements. We act as advisors in matters such as licence applications, listings and public issuance of equity and external capital, and financing arrangements. We also serve in arrangements related to public shares and the instruments entitling to them.
We advise issuers, investors and target companies in public transactions and bids and help companies to implement redemption procedures. Our expertise covers all project phases from structuring and negotiations to the preparation of securities law-related brochures and tender documents as well as company law-related and other legal documents. We also assist our clients in communicating with the Financial Supervisory Authority, stock exchanges and other market parties. We regularly act as advisors in matters such as inside information and insider dealing. In addition, we have acted as representatives at legal proceedings related to securities markets.
