Communications law – or media law as it is also called – has become an increasingly important legal field through the rapid development of the means and media of communications. Communications law is expressly related to mass communication in its various forms. Communications law discusses which topics and forms of expression are considered to be appropriate in mass communications and reversely, the topics that are not.
