Product liability and safety
We assist our clients in all legal issues related to product liability and safety. Our assignments deal with issues such as the control of product liability risks and product safety and related investigations, negotiations with authorities, product recall situations, and the handling of compensation matters related to product liability. We look after RAPEX notices, multinational recalls and product liability issues at the Court of Justice of the European Union. One of our experts was commissioned by the European Commission to participate as the Finnish reporter in an extensive study of product liability systems (MARK/2001/11/D).
