Marketing law
We assist our clients in marketing law issues related to both consumers and corporate target groups. Besides general marketing law, we have extensive knowledge of special rules for a variety of sectors, such as the marketing regulations governing food, pharmaceutical and stock markets, as well as social media law. We provide proactive consultation with regard to planned marketing and draw up contracts related to the planning and implementation of marketing communications. We represent our clients in the Council of Ethics in Advertising and the Copyright Council proceedings and litigation at both the Market Court and district courts. In addition, we continue to assist our clients in negotiation and litigation procedures before supervisory authorities. We have thorough knowledge of their working methods and policies.
