Our experts’ broad experience with the Finnish and EU competition law helps our clients to take decisions that are justified from the business point of view and meet the requirements of competition law as well as make supporting contractual arrangements. We assist our clients in the planning of business strategies that stand up to competition law.
We represent our clients in all matters related to competition law in a number of sectors both nationally and internationally. We prepare concentration notifications for the Finnish Competition Authority and the European Commission, look after cooperative arrangements between competitors and the development of distribution systems, and plan for compliance programmes. We also undertake studies of cartels, misuse of dominating market positions, and inter-company information exchange. In addition, we handle trials related to competition law, procedures by authorities, and compensatory damage cases. Our experts also undertake surveys, studies and inspections related to the promotion of competition and government subsidies.
