Counterfeit goods and customs recordal
As an important part of IPR conflict management, we defend the IPRs of several Finnish and international companies against counterfeit products. Our functional and long-term cooperation with the Finnish customs authority allows for intervention on infringing products from third countries during import, export and transit.
Our strong expertise in this field allows us to include our clients’ IPRs in customs recordal in Finland and the EU, utilising our international contact network. When customs seizures occur, we always seek the best possible outcome for our clients; either through negotiations or through legal channels. In such cases, our primary goal is to prevent the infringing products from entering the market.
