Juridia advised the sellers in the sale of Felicitas clinic group to Mehiläinen Oy
Juridia advised the sellers in a transaction where Mehiläinen Oy acquired the whole share capital of Felicitas Clinic from Professor Aarne I. Koskimies and Ph.D. Henri Kurunmäki on 30 December 2011.
Felicitas Clinic is a private clinic specialising in infertility treatments which operates in Helsinki and Lappeenranta. The clinic performs over 1500 infertility treatments every year. The transaction also included Private Clinic Mies, which specialises in men’s health issues (andrology), and Bulevard Andrological Laboratory , the first laboratory in Finland to specialise in male fertility and the underlying causes of male infertility.
